1. Introduction

CoDude ("we", "our", "us") operates the CoDude platform at codude.sbs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI agent deployment service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and password (or Google account info).

API Keys: Third-party API keys you provide are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We never use your keys for any purpose other than making API calls on your behalf.

Google Workspace Data: When you connect Google Workspace, we access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Drive data only to enable your AI agent to perform actions you request. We do not store, share, or use this data for any other purpose.

Conversation Data: Messages between your customers and your AI agent are stored to maintain conversation context.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the CoDude platform
• To process AI agent conversations using your chosen LLM provider
• To execute workspace integrations you explicitly connect
• To send transactional emails

4. Google Workspace Data Usage

CoDude's use of Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We only access Google data when your AI agent needs to perform a specific action
• We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising or sell it to third parties
• We do not use Google Workspace data to train AI models
• You can disconnect Google Workspace at any time from your agent settings

5. Data Security

• All API keys and tokens encrypted using Fernet (AES-256)
• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• JWT-based authentication with token expiration

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with LLM providers (using your own API keys), payment processors (Dodo Payments), and email service (Resend) for transactional emails.

7. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. You can disconnect any workspace integration or revoke Google access from your Google Account settings.
